Furthering the point, this card was picked up by bunches of folks and organizations who, apparently feeling neglected that they were not consulted during its creation, wanted copies, permission to reproduce it, claim it as their own, rip it off, improve it, revise it, and otherwise participate in the creative process after the fact.
